Shipping policy
Shipping Price and Timeline:
Shipping and handling for US & PR customers:
1-2 pieces flat rate $5 (depending on weight)
3 pieces and up $9 (depending on weight)
$15 + for Canada.
If you spend more than $100 in one transaction, shipping is on us! Yessss! If you do pay shipping, any subsequent purchase in the next 24 hours ship free :).
We aim to ship everything within 2-4 business days after payment; however, many times we are able to ship in 1 business day! Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days. We currently ship via USPS.
Please note that Avobella Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen.
Please be sure you have provide the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. You can make changes to your order information only if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we need to wait for the package to be returned to us and then you must repurchase a new shipping label. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number. Please refer to that email for tracking information.
Pick-ups:
We accept pick ups, please choose pickup at checkout. We asked that the pick-up is done within 3 days from the day of your purchase.
If you need more time, don't hesitate to send us an email @ avobellaboutique@gmail.com, before the 3 days are up. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Please to bring the order confirmation, give us 24 hours to process your order.
