Refund policy

While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! We want you to be happy so we offer a flexible return policy! 

We are happy to issue a store credit & return if contacted within 3 days of receipt of item and the item has never been worn or washed. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand! If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! 

 

We offer store credit only for most items, no refunds. We reserve the right to deny any return.  All original tags must be attached.  Swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. You can't return any kind of accessories, items on sale, final sale, flash sale, or clearance. 

To initiate a return, please email avobellaboutique@gmail.com, with specific reason of return. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost. Please make sure your Name, Contact information and Order Number is inside the package. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to send back the package. We don't guarantee that we will received your returned item. 

Once the package is received and verified for condition, we will notify you if you were eligible to begin the return process.  If it was approved, an online store credit will be processed immediately. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file. 

Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.
